AC Annual Contracts

We do undertake annual contracts at very reasonable and competitive prices in the market. We provide vast and timely services in yearly maintenance contracts.

We provide emergency services for break down in air conditioning systems. We cover all kind of spare parts and gas refilling, air filter cleaning on regular basis, air conditions unit inspection quarterly and unit servicing every six month including labor charges within the yearly maintenance contract.

We offer Yearly Maintenance Contracts which are as follows

Without Spare Parts

This contract includes labor, service and gas charges but it don’t cover Spare parts. In case of parts replacement client has to provide the parts or we shall provide the same at client’s cost. In this contract customer have to pay for compressors also.

With Spare Parts

This contract includes spare parts, labor, services and gas charges. No extra expenses for the spare parts. Means customer don’t have to pay any extra money for anything. And this is the best for customers means nothing more to think about.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

We undertake to service and maintain your Domestic, Commercial and Business Air Conditioners in good running condition under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).We will ensure that your Air Conditioners will up and running every time. Our professional technicians will take care of your Air conditioners.

Type 1

Air Conditioners will be serviced throughout the year; we will visit your premises for Air Conditioner breakdown, Air Conditioner Repairs, Air Conditioner Service, and Air Conditioner Gas Leak. Air Conditioner Spares, Gas charges, compressor cost will not be part of this package. We will not charge any extra amount for service.

Type 2

Air Conditioners will be serviced throughout the year; we will visit your premises for Air Conditioner breakdown, Air Conditioner Repairs, Air Conditioner Service, and Air Conditioner Gas Leak. Part of this package service and spares cost is included, only compressor replacement is not covered part of this package.

Type 3

Air Conditioner services,spares, compressor would be part of this package; customer no need to pay anything extra. Our service personnel can visit your premises at a time/ date suitable to you. After inspecting your requirements they will give you a quotation for the type of AMC that you desire.
